  • Resolve Supplements is our in-house brand sold direct to consumer via this website. All products sold under this brand are manufactured, labeled, and fulfilled through our internal systems and partners.

 Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Resolve Supplements, we strive to ensure every order is processed and shipped efficiently.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options at checkout based on your location and order size:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, inclement weather, or volume surges.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, shipping method, and destination.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address used during checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Issues

If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us at pivotalmrkt@gmail.com within 3 business days of the marked delivery date so we can assist you with the issue.

 Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to make it right.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email or receipt)
  • You must contact us prior to sending any returns

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional events
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Gift cards

Return Instructions

  1. Email pivotalmrkt@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable (for damaged or defective products).
  2. Our support team will provide a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back.
  3. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:

  • We do not refund original shipping fees
  • A 10% restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us immediately at pivotalmrkt@gmail.com with photos. We’ll ship out a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
